

一、Product Introduction
Screw Dewatering Press (SDP) is a new and efficient sludge dewatering equipment designed specifically for treating sludge in various municipal and industrial wastewater. 二、Working principle
The working principle of SDP spiral sludge dewatering machine is based on the combination of spiral extrusion and multiple filtration. After entering the equipment, the sludge is initially concentrated through the spiral blades in the concentration section, separating most of the free water. Subsequently, the concentrated sludge enters the dewatering section, where it is further compressed by the gradual contraction of the spiral shaft and the increase in pressure. The water is squeezed out and discharged through the filter slot. The dehydrated dry mud is discharged through the outlet, and the entire process is continuous and efficient.
