一、Product Introduction

Screw Dewatering Press (SDP)    is a new and efficient sludge dewatering equipment designed specifically for treating sludge in various municipal and industrial wastewater. This device uses the principle of spiral extrusion to squeeze out the water in the sludge, achieving concentration and dewatering of the sludge. SDP equipment has the characteristics of compact structure, low energy consumption, and easy operation, making it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized sludge treatment projects. It is an ideal equipment for sludge reduction and resource utilization treatment.


二、Working principle

The working principle of SDP spiral sludge dewatering machine is based on the combination of spiral extrusion and multiple filtration. After entering the equipment, the sludge is initially concentrated through the spiral blades in the concentration section, separating most of the free water. Subsequently, the concentrated sludge enters the dewatering section, where it is further compressed by the gradual contraction of the spiral shaft and the increase in pressure. The water is squeezed out and discharged through the filter slot. The dehydrated dry mud is discharged through the outlet, and the entire process is continuous and efficient.
