Project Overview

Thailand's tourism industry is very developed, and with the rapid development of the tourism industry, the discharge of domestic sewage continues to increase. However, due to the remote location of many tourist areas, the sewage collection network is difficult to cover, and the problem of treating domestic wastewater is becoming increasingly prominent. To address this challenge, Linglan Environment has designed and developed the ISES Lite type decentralized sewage treatment equipment, which is specifically tailored for decentralized sewage treatment scenarios. The equipment has the characteristics of small-scale treatment and complete functions, and integrates IoT remote monitoring function for intelligent management and operation of the equipment. This project is located in a remote estate in Thailand. Due to the estate's remote location, it cannot be connected to the municipal sewage pipeline network. Therefore, ISES Lite sewage treatment equipment is used for on-site sewage treatment and standard discharge.

Technical solution

In response to the domestic sewage treatment needs of the estate, Linglan Environment provides two ISES Lite sewage treatment equipment, each with a treatment capacity of 3 tons per day. The equipment adopts the "biochemical+MBR flat membrane" process, which can effectively remove organic pollutants, suspended solids, and pathogenic microorganisms in sewage, ensuring that the effluent meets the local wastewater discharge standards in Thailand. The equipment is equipped with advanced MBR membrane separation technology, which has the characteristics of high effluent quality and stable operation. In addition, ISES Lite devices also have the following advantages:

• Unmanned operation: The equipment has a high degree of automation, which can achieve unmanned operation and reduce manual operation costs.

• Low processing cost: The equipment has low energy consumption and low daily operation and maintenance costs.

• Remote monitoring: Integrated IoT remote monitoring function, supporting real-time monitoring of device operation status, and remote fault diagnosis and maintenance through intelligent systems.

The project was launched in March 2024, and Linglan Environment quickly completed the design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of equipment based on the geographical location and sewage treatment needs of the estate. After the equipment was put into operation, it operated stably and successfully solved the problem of sewage treatment in the estate. The effluent water quality remained stable and met the environmental protection requirements of Thailand.

 

Project achievements

1. effluent quality: The wastewater treated by ISES Lite equipment meets the local domestic sewage discharge standards in Thailand in terms of various water quality indicators, achieving on-site standard discharge.

2. Operation effect: The device runs stably and is easy to operate. The remote monitoring system effectively reduces the workload of daily operation and truly achieves unmanned management.

3. Customer feedback: The customer is very satisfied with the treatment effect and automation function of the equipment, and believes that the ISES Lite type equipment has solved the problem of sewage treatment in remote areas, especially in terms of operating cost control and remote monitoring function.
